Items will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days from when they are ordered. Shipping rates are based on weight. Please note that our products are handmade-to-order in small batches.

For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of the courier, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages please email us—we like to be kept in the loop, but ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Route Package Protection. 

By selecting LABL at checkout, we will be able to replace lost or damaged orders! Please bear in mind that by opting out of Package Protection, your shipment will not be eligible for coverage. Should something happen to your order in transit, TER.RA/ will not be responsible for reimbursement or order replacement.

We are not responsible for customs fees for packages outside of the US. We wish we had influence over these rates, but alas, we do not.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded. Orders are shipped from our making location in Idaho.
